Minneapolis - RCM Holdings, LLC has purchased the assets of Gallery Software, dba EasyChair Software following the death of John Bjorklund, founder of Gallery Software.

Rod Merry will be the new President and CEO.  Mr. Merry has an extensive background bringing hardware and software products to market, having served in senior management for several technology related businesses.   Most recently he was the CIO for Damark International, Inc. a $750B direct marketing firm.   Paul Hooverson, Gallery Software's President will remain with the company as the Director of Continuation Engineering.
